I've seen a lot of negative youtube comments for Pubertina. So much of a negative response that the ratings have been disabled for all of the videos. My guess is that these comments are mostly coming from guys. Many comments I read were something to the degree "this is so disgusting". Guess what? Being a young girl, going through puberty is disgusting. It's a part of life. People need to stop over-reacting to these videos. "Oh well what if children see this" they're going to anyway in a few years. Besides if a parent doesn't want their kid to watch it it's their job to censor what their kid sees. "The animation sucks" Different artists have different styles. I personally like the child-like animation, it fits the series. "Smosh is only doing this for money" There are so many TV channels that play way worse stuff (MTV Jersey Shore) for the sake of money.
I find this series hilarious and some resemblance to my own experiences. My mother telling me I was too young for tampons, IMing perverts online not really understanding it in that same naive way, obsessing over Justin Timberlake, etc.

I love pubertina! All those people that say "it's gross" or " this is the worst show ever!" Obviously just aren't comfortable with girls going through puberty being this upfront about it! Im comfortable with my period. I was the same way when it starting happening and im glad to say i can laugh about it now.
